Completed Services: Refunds will not be provided for completed treatments or services.
2. Prepaid Services or Packages:
Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase. The used sessions will be charged at the regular (non-discounted) rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for expired or partially used packages.
3. Cancellation Refunds:
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.
2. Products Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:
Refunds or exchanges are available for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Products:
Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Clearance or discounted items are sold as-is and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will replace the item or issue a refund after verification.

Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
2. For Products:
Approved product refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
3.Shipping Costs:
For product returns, the client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
